These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation visitors, program participants, donors, volunteers, supporters, and contributors of content.

Our website is hosted on Squarespace Inc., which provides us with the online platform that allows us to share information about our programs and services and to accept donations and other transactions.

All donations to My Sister's Child, Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Website Security

The website www.mysisterschild.org is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a security technology that ensures data you enter into a secure area of the website is encrypted during transmission over the Internet. My Sister's Child, Inc. does not store or retain credit card numbers from online transactions. In the event a credit card is used without the holder's authorization, the cardholder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

My Sister's Child, Inc. owns the intellectual property in its name, logos, program names (including Ready. Set. Arc!™), website content, images, and other original materials. My Sister's Child, Inc. prohibits the use of its intellectual property for any purpose without prior written consent.

On rare occasions, www.mysisterschild.org may require scheduled or unscheduled downtime. My Sister's Child, Inc. will try to ensure the amount of downtime is limited. We will not be held liable for any consequences during downtime.
