Ready. Set. Arc! is the pilot program of My Sister’s Child. It introduces youth and young adults to the world of welding and the skilled trades through hands on training, mentorship, and workforce preparation. Ready Set Arc is more than a class. It is a path to opportunity. We teach real skills that lead to real careers, and we build confidence through discipline, teamwork and purpose. Alongside the program, we host Ready. Set. Arc! Pop Up Events twice a year in April and October to bring the experience directly into communities, give students exposure to the trades and invite them into the pipeline we are building.
